This seminar brings together Health & Social Service Professionals in our community who are dedicated to improving the health and wellness of wāhine, pēpi and whānau in Tairāwhiti. We will discuss how threading indigenous and contemporary cultural paradigms into our professional practices can prevent S.U.D.I. (Sudden Infant Death in Infancy) through empowering whānau to support their wāhine in their role as te whare tangata.
